Though often thought of as a treatment for younger patients, orthodontics can actually be considered at any stage in your life. More than half of our patients are adults, and we routinely treat older patients, including those in their 60’s and 70’s. At your consultation appointment we will demonstrate various alternatives and will help to guide you with your choice.
Multi-Disciplinary Braces
In certain cases, patients may have severe dental problems that require a collaborative treatment with orthodontics to prepare the teeth for bridges or dental implants. We may use orthodontics to establish space for a missing tooth prior to a bridge or implant treatment, or to improve the arrangement of teeth after carrying out treatment for patients with advanced gum disease.
